Determination, assessment and age monitoring of coatings

For a successful final acceptance of a yacht, the coating and painting of the skin are key criteria with all major projects. With the WREDE 10-point programme (W10PP), we provide in a clearly structured and verifiable way parameters capable of standing up in court for example with respect to gloss degree, layer thickness, corrosion protection or paint temperature.

• The determination of all parameters with calibrated instruments guarantees the reproducibility and verifiability of measurement values. This permits in advance an exact contractual determination of the required result
• Measurement results prepared in an understandable and clearly structured way make it possible to compare all measurement fields with reference areas and thus come to an objective assessment
• The computer-supported evaluation makes the acceptance of the yacht possible on the basis of objective criteria. The easing of the workload on owners, shipyards and applicators helps to save costs and comply with schedules
